Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was received. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, "order number"
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at marketing@sundaycool.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. You will need to get a new "blank" mailer to ship the return. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Upon receiving the return, if the garment has been washed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Please attach a picture in the email to us of any defects on the item received to be eligible for a refund/exchange. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
